M orris is a consultant and tutor at the Soboba Native American Indian Reservation, located in the foothills of San Jacinto and Hemet.

O jeda teaches bilingual education to elementary school children in San Bernardino. She was the subject of the documentary “Work Harder,” which follows her story from 2001-03 as a single mother who worked toward getting her degree while trying to support her family.
